"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him." John 3:16, 17.

This is my story:
Prior to October 13, 1999 my life was in disarray. Many things were out of place. The relationship between my parents was shaken, my dad's business had failed, my academics disrupted, my focus tarnished. There was no peace in the home, there was no peace in the mind. Life was unpleasant and upside down. I didn't like the situation of things and, I desired within me for a change.

And the change came!

One day my siblings informed me of a 3-day fasting and prayer for the family, I obliged.

My elder sister was already a born again, so she took charge of the proceedings. Now while she was communicating God's word, all I was hearing was the fellow responsible for our ugly situation - the devil! Within me I was furious.

And when it was time to pray, I got down on my knees, I told God my sins and, asked for His forgiveness. I also asked for His empowerment. Right there I felt a wave of energy flow through me. I felt the comfort of peace in my soul. That event marked the beginning of my born again experience.
We concluded the fasting and prayer by asking God to take control of our family and home, which He did and, still doing.

Invite Jesus into your life:
Anyone, including you, that is, if you are not yet born again, can experience the love of God as you accept Him into your life today. Please say this prayer:

Lord Jesus I've come before you as a sinner who needs to be washed. Please cleanse me of my iniquities. I've wronged You in so many ways. I ask for Your forgiveness. I want to start a new life. And I want it with You as my Lord and Saviour. Please help me live a life that is pleasing in Your sight. This I have prayed in Your name, amen!
